Code Fellows (Ops cybersecurity track)

status: closed · checked 2026-10-08

Homepage on 2026-10-08 states 'Code Fellows has ceased operations' after 11 years; Course Report marks the school closed. Neither page gives the closure date; the 11-year span from a 2013 founding places it in 2024. source

Code Fellows was Seattle's long-running bootcamp whose Ops 101 to 401 sequence was one of the few modular cyber tracks; it has ceased operations. If you are looking at it because of an old ranking, there is nothing to enroll in. Alumni seeking transcripts or self-study access should use the contact details on the closure page.

Interview-prep depth

our read of the published curriculum

The syllabus is not public in enough detail to score. No longer operating.

Whatever the program covers, the interview itself is free to prepare for here: coding patterns, system design, practice prompts, company guides.

What a careful reader should know

on the record

The closure page redirects cybersecurity seekers to Infosec Institute's 26-week Cybersecurity Foundations Immersive Boot Camp and veterans to Code Platoon, and says course material would be made available to alumni for self-study. The Infosec referral is a marketing handoff, not a continuation of the Ops curriculum. Reported 3,338 graduates at closure (2,185 at HQ, 1,153 via partner schools). Most recent Course Report reviews date from 2023.

Third-party signals: Course Report 4.47 (229 reviews). Graduation-time star ratings are collected by the schools; weigh them accordingly.

This directory takes no lead fees or placement payments from any program. Where a program runs an affiliate scheme we say so on its page and mark the link. Facts carry a badge: verified means we read it on a primary source on the date shown, reported means a third party said it, unknown means nobody we trust has published it.
