Cloud Resume Challenge

status: enrolling · checked 2026-10-08

Live on 2026-10-08; the 16-step challenge is free, the site is now operated by ExamPro Training Inc., and the on-demand bootcamp sells graded entries at $50 to $70 (the live-cohort page still shows a Nov 22, 2025 start). source

A free 16-step project: put your resume on a static site with HTTPS, a serverless visitor counter, tests, infrastructure as code and CI/CD, then write it up. It suits people who already have a certification and need one real thing to talk about in interviews. Before buying the guidebook or the ExamPro bootcamp, note that the free spec is the whole challenge; the paid parts are a plan and grading, not instruction or placement.

Public 16-step spec plus the guidebook table of contents: you build and explain one serverless architecture; no DS&A, no mock interviews.

Job support: light. No coaching. The guidebook adds career roadmaps, blog-post guidance, and six role-focused extension modules (DevOps, Developer, Security, Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, AI Engineer). The hall of fame lists ten named people and their job titles, no counts.

Whatever the program covers, the interview itself is free to prepare for here: coding patterns, system design, practice prompts, company guides.

What a careful reader should know

on the record

Created by Forrest Brazeal in April 2020 (book page: 'Since April 2020, the Cloud Resume Challenge has helped thousands of people'). The site footer, FAQ, and bootcamp pages now carry '2026 ExamPro Training Inc.' and the bootcamp instructor is ExamPro founder Andrew Brown; no public announcement of the handover was found. The bootcamp page still advertised a Nov 22, 2025 cohort start on 2026-10-08. Hall of fame claims are individual testimonials, not rates.

This directory takes no lead fees or placement payments from any program. Where a program runs an affiliate scheme we say so on its page and mark the link. Facts carry a badge: verified means we read it on a primary source on the date shown, reported means a third party said it, unknown means nobody we trust has published it.
