Reforge (Engineering Leadership, Technical Strategy, Mastering Product Delivery)

status: enrolling · checked 2026-10-08

Live on 2026-10-08: the four engineering courses are listed as on-demand for members; the Fall 2026 live cohort lineup shown on the courses page is AI and product courses, not engineering. source

Reforge is a $1,995-a-year membership whose engineering courses (Engineering Leadership, Technical Strategy, Mastering Product Delivery) are mostly consumed on demand, with one live course per season if your pick happens to be running. It suits a new or soon-to-be manager at a product company whose employer will pay. Before buying, confirm whether an engineering course is on the live calendar for the season you want, because the membership is non-refundable.

What a careful reader should know

on the record

Reforge moved from application-only cohorts to an annual membership with an on-demand library plus seasonal live courses. Engineering courses exist, but the Fall 2026 live lineup visible on the courses page is AI and product (Sachin Rekhi, Ravi Mehta, Justin Bauer and Sandhya Hegde); whether an engineering course runs live in a given season is only announced by email and in the member Slack. Memberships are non-refundable per the help center. The company has also been shipping product-research tools (Insights, Research, Build) alongside the learning product.

This directory takes no lead fees or placement payments from any program. Where a program runs an affiliate scheme we say so on its page and mark the link. Facts carry a badge: verified means we read it on a primary source on the date shown, reported means a third party said it, unknown means nobody we trust has published it.
