Vanity metrics

“10,000+ lines of code shipped.” Lines of code is a vanity metric; the strong move is the opposite (“deprecated 14k lines of legacy code”). Number of meetings, number of standups attended, number of PRs reviewed without context — all weak.

Unattributable team metrics
