Comp Explorer: Compensation by Company and Level (2026)Level-by-level base, equity, bonus, and total comp, hand-compiled from our own company interview guides.

**278** companies**1,015** data points
**TL;DR —** We pulled every level-by-level compensation line we could parse out of our own company interview guides — 1015 levels across 278 companies, 956 of them USD — into one searchable, sortable table. Filter by level tier, search a company, and every row links straight back to the guide it came from. This covers 278 of the 375 company guides on the site; the other 97 either have no compensation section or one we could not parse into a clean range, and are left out rather than shown empty.Compensation is the one number every candidate actually wants and almost no aggregator can source honestly. Every figure here is hand-compiled from the Compensation section of one of our own interview guides, level by level, so you can see not just a number but exactly which guide it came from and go read the process that pays it.

methodology, as of September 2026Figures are hand-compiled from the “Compensation” section of each techinterview.org company interview guide, not survey data and not pulled from Levels.fyi, Glassdoor, or any third-party comp database. We regex-parsed each guide’s level bullets into base salary, equity, bonus, and total-compensation ranges where the guide stated them clearly enough to parse; anything ambiguous was left out rather than guessed at. That means this table covers 278 of the 375 company guides on the site (1015 compensation rows) — the rest either have no documented compensation section or one that did not parse cleanly into ranges. Levels, titles, and leveling systems vary by company and are not normalized against each other; a “Senior” row at one company and an “L5” row at another are not guaranteed to be equivalent seniority. Ranges are almost entirely self-reported by each company’s own guide as of the date it was last updated, not a live feed, so treat any individual figure as a directional starting point and verify current comp in your own recruiting conversation before relying on it.
## Keep going
Every company name in the table links to its full interview guide, which covers the process end to end, not just the numbers. For the complete set of guides, see the [company interview guides](/companies/) hub.
